Trinity Anglican Church - Evansville, Indiana - Vacation Bible School 2008

 Trinity had a very Successful Vacation Bible School.  28 children attended the three day festivities.  We want to thank everyone who participated.

The Children loved the Appearance of the SOCIETY OF CREATIVE ANACHRONISM

The Children were learning about the time of the Middle Ages and had many task that they participated in.

Each Child is knighted as a Sir or Lady by kneeling before  an "earthly king",

but more importantly, they then kneel before their true King, Jesus Christ and receive a blessing.

Father David's closing statement to the children:

Knights, dragons and wizards are great fun.  However, they are fantasy....

What is not fantasy is Jesus Christ.  Jesus is very real.  He was God who came and

lived among us as a person and died a horrible death for our sins, so we might

live forever in heaven.  If you take anything away with you from this

Vacation Bible School, please take that.
