A Brand New Project
We are starting a new project today. I always like it when I can assemble my team. Several things are important to me. I want my team to be hard working, to be on time, and to take orders well. They also all need to have completed their heavy equipment operator training. Safety in the workplace is very important, especially when working around large equipment. I know that everyone who I have on my team will work together and we will work as a single unit, keeping things safe and making things according to the plans. I really enjoy the first day of a project.
