I Can Still Remember
I can still remember the first time I went to a curriculum fair and tried to sell the new homeschool curriculum I had created. Before I went, I made dozens of copies of my curriculum, created fliers, and made contact sheets for people to fill out. However, I didn’t think much about how I was going to present my product until the night before. I realized that I didn’t have any sort of a sign, or anything to draw attention to my table. I ended up going to a store that sold office supplies and buying some paper and markers. However, my hand-lettered sign taped to my table only made me look more unprofessional. That was years ago, but I still wish I’d bought some real presentation materials.
