Teamwork Takes Work By Teams
The first time I took a team building course, I thought it was going to be a complete waste of time. I was anxious to get back to work to get on with the mountain of paperwork I had to go through. I met up with some people I knew by face, but I did not know much about them. We had to engage in outdoor team building exercises like getting everyone over a wall in a small amount of time. We had to figure out how to work together to get it done. It was fun and back at the office, I knew faces, names and best of all, our strengths and weaknesses.
