Trustee Might Ask Questions About Your Bankruptcy Forms

When going to the meeting of the creditors in a bankruptcy case, the trustee usually only asks a few questions. Here’s a sample of a few of what you might be asked.

What is your name and address?

Did you read and sign all the Bankruptcy forms, and is all the information correct?

Are all your debts listed in these forms?

Are your income and expenses still the same as when the case was filed?

Did you read the statement of information?

You should be ready to answer other questions also which might verify the information that is in your bankruptcy forms.
