Ripped up obliques

the core is made up of more then just the abs. your obliques are just as important to train. there are a few exercises that are generaly used to target the core muscles. one of them is broomstick twist. this is an oldie but a goody. i use this exercise alot. another good exercise is side cable crunches. you can do this at your gyms cable station. these are both core exercises for abs and obliques but for the most part obliques. compound exercises will also work the obliques because thhey will be trying to stabilize the body throughout the exercise.
