Natural Strength
Who says that the best way to do the reps in your workout is to do them with a slow controled movement? I say that the natural movements that you make in eveyday life are not slow and they are not always controled very well. So my thinking is that if you take this theory to the gym then you will have success. Lift heavy with explosive movements. This will give you real life strength not just gym strength. This will help you get in better shape faster. It will give you the strength to perform everyday activity. You will know when you feel it.
