Lots to do before we even get started
I have my agent working on finding us a great real estate land packages so that we can then get on with the plans for the sort of house we want to have built. We have a few ideas in mind but of course it will very much depend on the size of the section we purchase and other factors such as which direction would be most suitable to have it facing and what views there might be. We also need to find out what facilities are available in terms of what power or gas source we run the place on. So we have a fair bit to do before building even gets underway.
