The Beginnings of a Nice Hobby
After all my research last week, I’ve finally found the perfect house to start with. It doesn’t need any major repairs, isn’t so expensive that I’ll have to take out a loan to buy it, and its near enough to our house that I can stop there after dropping the kids off at school. I’m going to take this Flipping Real Estate slowly at first, I don’t want to get in over my head. I also don’t want Sarah to get mad at me. I don’t think buying a house with the intent to sell it was quite what she had in mind as a hobby.
