The only person or business that I wouldn’t recommend Denver office warehouse space to are those that simply don’t need the space or exposure that these properties can provide. Being close to a large metropolitan area will give your business a pretty good boost in sales, especially if you’re currently more on the outskirts of town. It’ll be easier for everybody to find you making it more convenient for both you and your visitors. If you don’t want to be near the Denver area that is your decision to make but the closer you are to the city the more likely you are to get noticed.
