What is medial tibial stress syndrome

Despite the fact that jogging is a terrific way to maximize health and fitness, it is not without having its risks. There are many of overuse injuries that runners can get and over half of runners have a tendency to get an injury every year. The commonest source of them is training mistakes such as doing too much too quickly rather than building up gradually. A common injury is what is called medial tibial stress syndrome. This is pain on the inside of of the leg. As well as the work out regime errors it is also typically because of poor foot function and also jogging shoes that aren’t appropriate for that particular runner.
