Different Jumping Exercise
Included is a description and explanation of a plyometric exercise that you may not of heard of yet. This exercise, like other plyometrics training exercises requires a basketball court or other long, flat surface. The exercise is power skipping. Power skipping is so effective because it improves your jumping ability, but it also improves your ability to jump back up right after you have landed from jumping. To perform power skips stand at one side of the basketball court, and jump forward pushing off of one foot. Shoot the knee of your opposite leg as high as you can into the air. Land onto the same foot that you jumped off of. Once you land, take a step forward and jump off of that foot.
