Jump High To Dunk

Well what I am about to tell you will help you get that extra height on your jump. How to Jump Higher has a lot to do with leg strength but your form, speed and flexibility all play vital roles. The typical basketball player has descent leg strength and their speed is okay but their flexibility is poor which hurts their jumping form.
